Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Favor ("we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of the Favor application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Please read carefully

These Terms include important provisions about how you use Favor, what you can and cannot do, how disputes are resolved, and what happens if your account is suspended. If anything is unclear, contact support@favorconnect.com before agreeing.

Section 01

Eligibility and your account

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Favor. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We verify this through your date of birth and our identity verification process. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will immediately suspend it.

Legal capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

Single account rule

You may maintain only one active account on Favor. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate the community, or for any other reason is prohibited and grounds for termination.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Notify us immediately at support@favorconnect.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Honest representation

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself. Misrepresenting your identity, age, marital status, or other key facts is grounds for account termination and may also be illegal under applicable consumer protection law.

Section 02

Membership and applications

Favor is a members-only community. Membership is granted at our discretion based on application review, verification outcomes, and adherence to our Community Guidelines.

Application review

When you apply, our team reviews your application against our community standards. We may approve, decline, or request additional information. Most reviews complete within 48 hours, but timing may vary.

Reasons applications may be declined

  • Incomplete profile or missing required information.
  • Failed identity or photo verification.
  • Photos that don't comply with our Community Guidelines.
  • Indications of fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
  • Previous account terminations on Favor.
  • Other reasons we believe affect community quality or safety.

Reapplication

If your application is declined, we'll tell you why where reasonably possible. You may reapply after addressing the stated reason. Repeated or vexatious applications may result in being permanently barred from applying.

Section 03

The Service we provide

Favor provides a platform for verified adult members to discover one another, communicate, and pursue relationships. The Service includes profile discovery, messaging, voice and video calls, photo sharing, verification badges, and related features.

What we don't promise

Dating is a personal matter that depends on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee:

  • That you will find a relationship through the Service.
  • That you will receive any particular number of messages, matches, or interactions.
  • That every member you encounter is compatible with you.
  • That the Service will always be available without interruption.
  • That member behavior will always meet your expectations.

We do our best to maintain a high-quality, safe community, but human relationships are unpredictable. Please exercise your own judgment when interacting with other members.

Section 04

Free and paid tiers

Free membership

Free members have limited messaging access and limited use of certain features. Specific limits and features for each tier are described within the app and may be updated from time to time.

Paid subscriptions

Paid members (Gold and Luxury) have expanded messaging access and access to additional features. The full feature comparison is shown in the Membership section of the app.

Subscription details

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal, refunds, and cancellation are governed by our Subscription Terms and our Refund Policy.

Changes to features and limits

We may add, remove, or modify features and limits available in any tier. When we make material changes that affect what you receive in a paid subscription, we'll provide notice through the app or by email.

Section 05

Your content and conduct

What "your content" means

Your content includes your profile information, photos, videos, voice notes, messages, and anything else you submit, post, or share through the Service.

You keep ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to Favor, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where we're required to retain content for legal or safety purposes.

You're responsible for your content

You're responsible for everything you post and share on Favor. You confirm that:

  • You have the right to share the content.
  • Your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Your content doesn't violate any law.
  • Your content complies with our Community Guidelines.

Standards of conduct

When interacting with other members, you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect, dignity, and basic kindness.
  • Be honest about who you are and what you want.
  • Respect when someone says no or stops responding.
  • Take reasonable safety precautions when meeting in person.
  • Report behavior that violates our rules.
Section 06

Prohibited activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Favor. Engaging in any of these is grounds for immediate suspension or permanent termination, and may also be reported to law enforcement.

Identity and account abuse

  • Impersonating another person, real or fictional.
  • Creating fake profiles or using photos that aren't of you.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with anyone else.
  • Circumventing bans, suspensions, or other restrictions.

Harm to others

  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against any group.
  • Sexual content involving minors, even fictional or illustrated (this is reported to authorities immediately).
  • Sharing non-consensual intimate images of anyone.
  • Doxxing, sharing other members' private information, or threatening to do so.

Fraud and scams

  • Requesting or sending money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other financial value.
  • Romance scams, pig-butchering scams, or any form of financial exploitation.
  • Promoting investment schemes, MLM, or business opportunities.
  • Soliciting sex work, escorting, or any transactional arrangements.
  • Using Favor for commercial purposes — promoting products, services, or your business to other members.

Content and platform abuse

  • Posting nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Posting graphic violence, gore, or shocking content.
  • Posting content protected by intellectual property rights you don't own.
  • Spamming members with unsolicited content.
  • Automating any interaction with the Service (scraping, bots, scripts).
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access non-public portions of the Service.
  • Attempting to disrupt the Service through denial-of-service attacks or similar means.
  • Accessing the Service through unofficial clients or modified applications.

Off-platform behavior we also take seriously

If we learn that a member has engaged in serious off-platform behavior toward another Favor member — including sexual assault, fraud, stalking, or other criminal acts — we may suspend or terminate their account, even if the behavior occurred outside the Service.

Section 07

Content moderation and enforcement

To keep the community safe, we use a combination of automated systems and human moderation.

Automated systems

All photos shared on Favor — including profile photos, gallery photos, selective photos, and photos sent in chat — are automatically reviewed for prohibited content. Messages are scanned for fraud indicators, threats, and other policy violations.

Human moderation

Applications, reports, and flagged content are reviewed by our human moderation team. We aim to respond to reports within 48 hours, and to urgent safety reports (including suspected minors) within 4 hours.

Possible actions

When we find a violation, we may take any of the following actions, depending on severity:

  • Remove specific content.
  • Hide the offending profile from search and discovery.
  • Issue a warning with policy reminder.
  • Temporarily suspend the account (7, 14, or 30 days).
  • Permanently terminate the account and ban future accounts.
  • Refer the matter to law enforcement.

Reporting

You can report any member, message, or content through the in-app reporting tool or by emailing support@favorconnect.com. We take all reports seriously. See our Community Guidelines for details.

Appeals

If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal by writing to support@favorconnect.com. Appeals are reviewed by a different member of our team than the original decision-maker. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the action.

Section 08

Intellectual property

Our intellectual property

The Favor name, logo, branding, design, code, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Favor. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of this without our written permission.

Your license to use Favor

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license ends when your account ends, for any reason.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Favor infringes your copyright, please contact support@favorconnect.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate and respond. We comply with applicable copyright laws and will remove infringing content where appropriate.

Section 09

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

Section 10

Limitation of liability and disclaimers

Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

What we are not liable for

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favor and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Damages resulting from the conduct of other members, whether online or offline.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or content.

Cap on liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Favor in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 (whichever is greater).

Your responsibility when meeting other members

Meeting other members in person carries inherent risks. While we work hard to verify members and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other members online or in person. We strongly recommend reviewing our Safety Center before meeting anyone you connected with through Favor.

Section 11

Suspension and termination

Your right to leave

You can deactivate your account anytime through Account Settings. You can permanently delete your account by contacting our Help Center. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after account deletion.

Our right to suspend or terminate your account

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
  • Behavior that endangers, harasses, or harms other members.
  • Activity we reasonably believe is fraudulent or illegal.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.
  • Long periods of inactivity.
  • Other reasons we believe affect community quality, safety, or legal compliance.

What happens after termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

Section 12

Dispute resolution and governing law

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Jurisdiction

Subject to the informal dispute resolution process below, any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

Try to talk it out first

Before initiating any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us at support@favorconnect.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct conversation, and we want to give that a chance.

Indian Grievance Officer

If you are in India, you may also file a grievance with our Grievance Officer in accordance with the Information Technology Rules, 2021. See our Grievance Officer page for contact details and grievance procedures.

Section 13

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app, by email, or both — typically at least 30 days before the changes take effect, where required by law.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.
