Available subscription plans
Favor offers three membership tiers. Free membership is available at no cost to anyone we accept into the community. Two paid subscriptions, Gold and Luxury, unlock expanded features.

What each tier includes
Specific features and limits available in each tier are described inside the app and on our Membership page. Feature lists may be updated from time to time as we improve the Service.
Members who purchase a subscription receive the features described at the time of purchase. If we make changes that materially reduce what's included in your paid tier, we'll provide advance notice and give you the option to cancel without further obligation.
Same pricing for everyone
Subscription pricing applies identically to all members, regardless of gender, location, or any other personal characteristic. Promotional discounts may be offered from time to time but are also applied uniformly to all eligible members.
How to subscribe
Subscriptions can be purchased through the Favor app or website using your platform's payment system.
Payment methods
- iOS app — purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Your Apple ID account is charged.
Account-level subscription
Your subscription is tied to your Favor account, not to the device or platform you used to purchase it. If you subscribed on iOS and later use the Android app or website, your paid features will be available there too, with the same account.
Confirmation
After a successful purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email and an in-app notification confirming your subscription is active. The receipt includes the plan, the amount charged, and the next renewal date.
Billing and auto-renewal
Billing cycle
All subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing date is the day you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month.
Auto-renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal happens within 24 hours of the start of the next billing period and uses the same payment method as your original purchase. The price you're charged on renewal is the price stated on the Membership page at the time of renewal.
Pre-renewal notice
We send a reminder notification 3 days before each renewal so you have time to cancel if you no longer want the subscription. The reminder is delivered through:
- In-app notification.
- Email to your registered address.
Price changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we'll notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't want to continue at the new price. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.
Failed payments
If your payment method fails on renewal, we'll attempt to charge it again over the next 2 days. You'll receive notifications about the failed payment and how to update your payment method. If all retries fail by Day 3, your subscription is downgraded to Free and your paid features are removed. You can re-subscribe anytime to restore access.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — you'll continue to have paid features until the end of your current billing period, and then your account will revert to Free.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of renewal may not stop that billing cycle.
If you subscribed through Apple (iOS)
Apple manages your subscription through your Apple ID. You can cancel by:
- Opening the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tapping your Apple ID name at the top of the page.
- Tapping Subscriptions.
- Selecting Favor from the list.
- Tapping Cancel Subscription and confirming.
What happens after you cancel
- Auto-renewal stops immediately.
- Your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period.
- At the end of that period, your account reverts to Free.
- All your data — chat history, favorites, photos, hidden members, blocked members — is preserved.
- You can re-subscribe anytime to restore paid features.
Refunds
We aim to make our subscription terms clear before purchase so you know what you're getting. As a general policy, Favor does not offer refunds for completed subscription periods, partial periods, or unused features.
If you believe you're entitled to a refund — for example, because of a duplicate charge, a technical issue that prevented you from using paid features, or a billing error — please review our Refund Policy for the specific circumstances under which we consider refund requests.
Platform-specific refund processes
iOS purchases — refund requests for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are handled by Apple, not Favor. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within Apple's eligibility window.
Changes to features and pricing
Feature changes
We may add, remove, or modify features available in any tier from time to time. We do this when we believe it improves the Service for all members. Most changes are improvements — new features, expanded limits, or better tools. Occasionally we may sunset a feature that isn't serving members well.
If we make changes that materially reduce what's included in your paid subscription, we'll provide notice in advance through the app or by email. You can cancel without further obligation if you're not happy with the change.
Pricing changes
If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you at least 30 days before the change applies to your account. The new price will only apply at your next renewal — you'll continue to be charged the current rate for any periods you've already paid for. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't want to continue.
Platform billing
When you subscribe through Apple In-App Purchase the platform (Apple) acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. This means certain billing matters are handled directly by them, not by Favor.
What the platform handles
- Processing your payment.
- Storing your payment method securely.
- Charging your account on renewal.
- Providing billing receipts.
- Handling refund requests under their respective policies.
- Processing cancellations through their subscription management interfaces.
What Favor handles
- Delivering the features your subscription unlocks.
- Customer support for non-billing matters.
- Managing your Favor account, profile, and data.
- Reviewing refund requests for technical issues or billing errors on a case-by-case basis.
Their terms also apply
When you purchase through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple's payment terms also apply. These terms govern the payment relationship between you and the platform. Your relationship with Favor — what you receive, how to use the Service, and account-level matters — is governed by these Subscription Terms and our Terms of Service.
Effects on your account
Account suspension or termination
If your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, your subscription is suspended along with it. You won't be billed during a suspension. If your account is permanently terminated, your subscription is canceled, and no refunds are issued for the remaining period — see our Refund Policy for the exceptions to this rule.
Account deletion
If you delete your account while you have an active paid subscription, your subscription is canceled along with the account. Auto-renewal stops immediately. No refunds are issued for the remaining time on your current billing period.
Reactivation
If you deactivate your account temporarily (without deleting it) while you have an active subscription, your subscription remains active and continues to bill. To stop billing, cancel your subscription before deactivating. If you reactivate within your billing period, you regain access to your paid features.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute on a payment for your Favor subscription without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We always prefer to resolve billing concerns directly — please contact support@favorconnect.com first.
Chargebacks that are determined to be fraudulent or in bad faith may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to applicable authorities or credit reporting agencies.
Changes to these Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email — typically at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of paid features after a change means you accept the updated terms.
